Is Kevin Costner the future Hasselhoff? We doubt it. Kevin Costner, the thinking women’s sex symbol and favourite hot celebrity could be pushing David Hasselhoff out of the limelight. Could it be true? Costner is now Germany’s favourite musician.

For those that didn’t know, Kevin’s been moonlighting in his band, Modern West, and touring Europe. Their first stop was Juchen, in Bavaria to a sold out audience.

Sure to increase sales, grabbing Kevin for the role in the TV commercial. Actually, Kevin Costner is not the new David Hasselhof – they are definitely in totally different leagues, wouldn’t you think?

Suzanne Somers Apologizes for Patrick Swayze Comment

Just days after Patrick Swayze died after his long battle against pancreatic cancer, celebrity Suzanne Somers criticized his chemotherapy cancer treatment saying that he should have been “built up nutritionally,” and his body rid of the toxins.

Suzanne faced a lot of criticism for her remarks and has apologized profusely. She did not write to Patrick’s widow, but did write a letter to his brother, apologizing for her comments on his treatment.

She had said, "They took a beautiful man and put poison in his body. Why couldn't they have built him up nutritionally and gotten rid of the toxins? I hate to be controversial…but I have to speak out."

Suzanne’s book “Knockout” on innovative cancer treatments is due out today. Ten years ago, she beat her own cancer with bioidentical hormones and nutrition, and today, is a strong advocate for alternative therapies. “Knockout” consists of interviews with cutting edge doctors world wide on their new cancer treatments.

Megan Fox Underwear Ads

For fans of Megan Fox, the good celebrity news is that Megan Fox Armani Underwear Ads Coming in 2010. This juicy gossip comes from the Hollywood Gossip.com. Megan is replacing Victoria Beckham.

"If there's one thing Megan Fox knows how to do, it's make asinine comments in interviews. But if there's a second thing, it's getting half-naked for magazines!
Or for movies, or for SNL hosting duties, or for David Silver, etc., etc.

That said, it was only a matter of time until she got paid to disrobe for a lingerie campaign. Megan will replace Victoria Beckham as the body face of Armani.
Victoria's husband, David Beckham, was booted on the men's side in favor of Cristiano Ronaldo. Safe to say they're at least trading laterally if not up!

Megan Fox is in, Victoria Beckham is out at Armani. We'll take it.

Fox will also star in a new Armani Jeans campaign, though pictures of Megan in jeans will likely inspire less saliva. And online searches for Megan Fox nude.
The 23-year-old has already posed for the underwear shoot, with black and white photos set to launch in both print ad and billboard form early next year.

Roman Polanski Arrested

It looks like some things never go away and your past will always come back to haunt you at some point in time. Roman Polanski is to be extradited to the US after being arrested in Switzerland. I'm sure that everyone is tired of this celeb gossip, as sure as Mr. Polanski and the woman he had sex with when she was a minor. I'm sure the woman is very tired of this story too. This gossip is all over the news and this story comes specifically from FemaleFirst.

Roman Polanski has been arrested and will be extradited to America .

"The 76-year-old director - who fled the US to France in 1978 after being convicted of unlawful sex with a minor - was stopped by police shortly after stepping off a plane in Zurich on Saturday night (26.09.09) where he was set to pick up a lifetime achievement award at the Swiss city's film festival and now faces being sent back to the US within days.

The Swiss Directors' Association branded Saturday's arrest "a cultural scandal".

However, the Swiss Justice Ministry insisted: "There was a valid arrest request. We knew when he was coming - that is why he was taken into custody. He is in provisional detention with view to extradition"

French officials have pledged to help Polanski - now a French citizen but also owns a property in Switzerland - with the country's culture minister Frederic Mitterrand saying he was "deeply shocked" by the arrest and had discussed the matter with President Nicolas Sarkozy.

In a statement, the minister spoke of his "astonishment", saying he "regretted in the strongest way that a new ordeal has been inflicted on someone who has already gone through so much".

We are going to try to lift the arrest warrant in Zurich ... the extradition convention between Switzerland and the United States is not very clear.

The filmmaker can contest his detention and any extradition decision in the Swiss courts, which could take months of legal argument.

If he does not challenge the decision, he could be flown to the US before the end of the week, where he would likely live out his final years in jail.

His lawyer, Georges Kiejman said: "We are going to try to lift the arrest warrant in Zurich ... the extradition convention between Switzerland and the United States is not very clear."

In 1977, Roman pleaded guilty to charges of having underage sex with a minor.

La Toya Jackson served up another shocker about her brother Michael's death on TV in America on Friday night (11Sep09) - his eldest son was called in to try and revive his dead dad.

In an exclusive interview, which aired on news show 2020, the singer told interviewer Barbara Walters she was appalled when she learned Prince Michael, 12, was asked to resuscitate the King of Pop, who was found unconscious by his doctor, Conrad Murray, on 25 June (09).

Jackson's death has been ruled a homicide, and La Toya has insisted the Jackson family will not rest until they find out exactly what happened

Actor George Clooney recently touched down in Toronto on his private jet (yes, he does own his own jet) for the Toronto Film Festival after spending time in Venice for the Venice Film Festival. He has two films on the go, “The Men Who Stare at Goats” and “Up in the Air” both which are scheduled to play the Toronto Film Festival.

And, George Clooney has a new girlfriend and chose the Venice Film Festival in which to “bring her out”. Sporting a bandaged hand and the girl, Italian TV presenter and sexy men’s mag model Elisabetta Canalis on the other, the two graced the red carpet. They had recently been spending some quality time together at George’s lakeside villa on Lake Como.

Spotted on the Venice lagoon in a water taxi seeing the sights of Venice , people are excited, calling the pair, the next Brangelina. Call it George Clooney’s Italian fling, the two had previously met in Rome, but alas, George was still dating former girlfriend Sarah Larson. Seems George was following Canalis around in his car when she was filming with actor Allessandro Siani. This comes from Siani himself when telling all to an Italian magazine.

George Clooney, 48, and Canalis, 32, have only been dating for three weeks, so the flame is quite hot. Will this relationship last for George? We aren’t exactly sure because most typical Hollywood relationships don’t usually last because Hollywood couples seem to get married whilst still in the hot honeymoon phase and divorce as soon as the passion cools off. Maybe George doesn’t even want to get married or maybe George is gay. Maybe he will turn out just like Warren Beatty and marry very late in life. Who knows for sure? Only George himself.

Wishing him the best of luck with his new lady. Let it be real. Aren’t we getting tired of the celebrity gossip these days, a continuous tale of Hollywood’s short quick marriages and equally as quick divorces.

DJ AM found dead update

According to celeb news site TMZ, pills and a crack pipe were found near the dead body of DJ AM in this apartment. It seems the “fun life” of celebrities has claimed yet another. These celebrities, like Michael Jackson, Heath Ledger, etc., etc., don’t have the brains to figure out that their habits of achieving the “highs” are going to kill them in the end. "Pill Bottles, Crack Pipe Found Near DJ AM's Body

Sources tell TMZ prescription pill bottles were found near DJ AM's body this afternoon.

We're told his body was found at around 5 PM at his apartment in New York City -- he was shirtless and wearing sweatpants. He was face down.

UPDATE 10:33 PM ET: Crime scene investigators just entered the apartment with evidence bags.

UPDATE 9:15 PM ET: Law enforcement sources say the call came in at 5:24 PM -- the FDNY responded at 5:27 PM. We're told DJ AM was pronounced dead on the scene at 6:00 PM.

UPDATE 8:35 PM ET: A law enforcement source on scene tells TMZ a glass "crack pipe" was found in his bedroom. The pill bottles were found in the kitchen.

UPDATE 8:10 PM ET: Sources say a pipe commonly used to smoke drugs was also found inside the bedroom.

UPDATE 7:51 PM ET: We're told his body has not been removed from the apartment."
