Christmas in Aspen, Colorado was not a good one for Charlie Sheen, 44, of TV's Two and a Half Men.
He was arrested Christmas eve and spent the night in jail and was released after paying the bond on Christmas Day.
He was charged with alledged menacing and domestic violence against his current wife, Brooke Mueller, mother of their two boys.
Rumour has it that Mueller has now placed a restraining order against him.
Charlie Sheen has not had much luck in the past in his relationships with women. First there was his acrimonious divorce from Denise Richards. Prior to that fiasco, he then accidently shot his fiance at the time, Kelly Preston.
